Enhancing Access to Secondary Education

In 2022, GardaWorld officially launched the GardaWorld Scholarship Scheme in Hoima, Uganda.

Through partnership with McDermott Uganda and Epsilon (Albertine Waste Management), we are currently fully funding 13 scholars through Senior 1 to Senior 4 at St. Andrea Kaahwa’s College in Uganda. This includes :7 students in Senior 1 and 6 students in senior 2. The goal of the scheme is to deliver access to talented young people from Hoima and Buliisa districts, who would otherwise be unlikely to be able to complete secondary education.
